The Dawnrise Weekender
July 4 is the start of a big weekend for us as we play the Knaak Klub on Saturday night, followed hours later by an exclusive intimate unplugged gig in Intersoup on Sunday evening. Support at Knaak comes courtesy of Deutsch-Rock phenomenon Volkskind and retro groovsters Markee - an amazing night of live music drenched in energy and soul. And to ease you gently into the week, Sunday night promises to give those who missed the incredible Waschhaus concert (video here) a chance to experience why the second largest audience in Ruby Tuesday's history came along to hear Dawnrise's music unplugged. Combine both concerts, and you've got a weekend to remember!

Dennis, the Dane in Dawnrise
As the crowd at the recent pavement gig in Potsdam couldn't fail to notice, Dawnrise are now five as we welcome second vocalist, axe man and Danish drinking
legend Dennis Bengtson to the band. Having recently rolled up in Berlin with little but his guitar and a voice gloriously balanced between Kurt Cobain and
Liam Gallagher, Dennis went looking for a band with which to realise his dreams of rock stardom. Really, what could we say?
